Anything I can do? I purchased a warranty for it that should be honoured by Audi as I was told by the dealer that I got it from.
Best thing to do would be to bring it into a dealership given that you have the service records of the car and have them do an oil consumption test on it. It will be a 2 part test where they top up your oil and after 1000Kms you bring it back to see how much oil you've dropped.

I want in on this as well and really hope it materializes. I have tried unsuccessfully for YEARS to have Audi fix my car. Latest BS line from my dealer now is that because I did not bring it to them for any post 80K work that I would not be covered. What kind of anti-competitive crap is that? And why should I trust you to do any of the work after Lying to me for years about my "NORMAL" consumption in the first place.

When I received the warranty extension letter I was ecstatic and couldn't wait to get it in there for the consumption test and subsequent fix but my hopes were quickly dashed the moment I tried to book it for the test. I got a sinking feeling about 2 minutes into the conversation when the dealer rep went into immediate defensive mode about it. "You know were not booking for this until at least (insert random future date) and "You must prove all your service was done through Audi to qualify". I countered that I have done all the maintenance and have receipts to prove it but it wasn't done through them. Sorry no dice... When the service reps, managers and staff across multiple dealers are willing to compromise their own integrity by telling customers that the consumption you are experiencing is "Normal" or considered "Within spec" should serve as a warning to anyone looking to get into an Audi either new or used. They KNEW all along there was a problem and yet lied to me and countless others about this.

I should have dumped this turd burner a long time ago when the problem first reared it's ugly head but being on my 3rd Audi and a bit of an enthusiast blinded me into believing that Audi would come clean about it and fix the issue, but time dragged on and consumption increased. 3200ish KM at first, then 2800, 2400 and so on and so on and I'm now currently dumping a litre in every 500-600KM. YUP that's right not even a full tank of gas between oil top ups. At this point I've cycled enough oil through this engine to drown a T-Rex with no end in sight.

If something positive comes from this than that's great otherwise I have already written this car off in my head and am just waiting for something major to go down in the engine before it gets kicked to curb and sold off as a parts car. We as owners only get a tiny little vote, and that is with our wallets so I can only hope that enough of us abandon the brand so that Audi feels a bit of the Burn we 2.0T CAEB have had to endure.

Good luck fellow 2.0T'ers and in the meantime stock up on oil!

Please include me in this class action suit.

I contacted Audi corporate headquarters and I spoke to the manager of customer relations, Sabrina Saint-Pierre. I told her my case and informed her about my extenuating circumstances with regards to my car and the fact that it was burning oil badly.

There are a number of actions that I took and Audi refused to do anything about this. Basically I tried to complete the oil consumption test twice, but my car was burning so much oil that I had to add the oil in, as the vehicle was telling me to shut off engine. I informed Audi about this and they responded that there is nothing they can do about it. As a result my car which now has 140k is sitting in my driveway. I will offer any assistance that you require within my ability, be that monetary, photos, the dialogue I had with Audi etc.

Here are the events.

I have all service records from AUdi from 8k to 115k
Car is currently at 140k+
I had to change Timing Chain as a result of my issues with low Oil as the Oil pressure was too low and Timing Chain Jumped.

Current Situation in KM
Since 92,00km: 3 Days after an oil change I change Oil and Oil Filter every 3 to 4 weeks
Since 110,000km: I have had to change my oil Every 2 weeks along with the oil Filter
Since 125,000km: every 2 Days after an oil change the car indicates that I should add 1 litre of oil.
Since 128,000km: I carry around a 5L container of Synthetic Oil in my trunk.
137,000km: I had to change the Timing Chain.
June 2, 2015: I don't drive the car anymore because it misfires and shuts off.

2009, Audi A4 with 140,000km is PARKED in my garage.

There are alot of details I am leaving out like the fact that Audi's Manger of Customer Relations made assumptions about my car. They also stated that they changed some parts to the vehicle, which I have no knowledge off.

I would love to be contacted or help with this. I bought my 2011 A4 two weeks ago. It has 73,000km. It has burn over half a litre in 1000km. I have no idea how to proceed with this, but it's very upsetting. Help!

Lets Stand Together, as I am NOT SITTING down on THIS.

We all have something to offer. But the biggest thing we can possibly have is to be united. If we act as one body, and we put our resources together, not necessarily monetary, but more things that can amplify our extreme disappointment with Audi's conduct to a KNOWN issue, then we don't just have a chance, but we can get our cars fixed. And that's all this is about. We cannot be expected to do things by the book, we are not robots. We have lives, and we have expectations that a New car, a New German car, A NEW AUDI, would not have these types of issues. The least Audi can do is:

1. Recognize and take responsibility for their FLAWS in KNOWN ISSUES.
2. After RECOGNIZING, Fix our cars.
3. Don't give us EXCUSES.

What do I Propose? (All are welcome to contribute to this)

We need to collect our names and our stories and we need to put up a site with that information. PIctures, stories of what our issues are, and we have to make it a common message. And we have a common message, OIL CONSUMPTION. We need to take steps as a group and act as 1, towards a class action suit.

What am I willing to do?
Register the Domain
Host the Site
Build the site
Adminster the site.
Ensure that we keep adding people to this list.
Contact the Biggest BADDEST Law Firms and Lawyers that I know that will be willing to take this on.
Contact Media Outlets

We want huge exposure. For that, we need some numbers, I don't even think we need alot. On this Topic alone, we may have 20. I think if we hit 50, we are in Business.

And I'm only getting started.

I WELCOME ALL WHO WISH TO CONTRIBUTE THEIR IDEAS.

PM ME or leave your ideas, thoughts suggestions here. Especially want to hear your Story about the Oil Consumption.

You know what the worst part about this problem is. Even when Audi fixes the issue, it's still not fixed. Your car will start burning oil again like CRAZY. It's because the part they engineered, I believe the piston rings, are very flimsy and wear out easily. Personally, I want a whole different engine. I don't want this 2.0L engine, I want an engine that does not have this issue at all. I deserve an engine that does not have this issue. Give me a 3.0 or 3.2Litre, I think that's fair. Why should I fix an already badly engineered Engine, especially when they know it's a LEMON.

This is what our neighbors in U.S did: http://www.oilconsumptionsettlement.com/

We can do the same, and we can go even HARDER.
