Will an Audi last 200,000 miles
Hey folks I am use to putting at least 200,000 on a car before selling. I enjoy a convertible and liked the look of the Audi so I bought one used 68,000 miles. (06 A4 cabriolet 1.8T) Did little home work just figured Audi was a good car and would hold up for several years and several thousand miles as all previous cars have done. Can I expect a few years of enjoyment or should I expect to spend $3k plus, every year as I did in the first month after buying this car. Spent 2k on TCM replacement, the rest was just getting all the regular maintanience caught up.

dont abuse the car and do a oil change every 5000km and stay up to date on timing belt changes and such and the car will live a long time
i currently have a jetta with the 1.8t and it has about 320,000 km and it is still going strong i just replace the timing belts early i do mine around 80,000km
