quick question: is this happening at WOT, or just normal acceleration? is this just as you are getting into boost?

You can get the injectors cleaned and flow checked at Diesel Injection. Quite reasonably priced. I have had them take care of several sets for me.

I noticed an oil temperature fault there. My bro's DSM had a faulty oil temperature sensor that was telling the ECU it was ridiculously cold. He had a no start condition though.

i am wondering, if you have a vag com, perhaps you could run a log of lambda at WOT in 4th gear and see if it is going lean or rich or anything. are you running on stock injectors?
another thing i am wondering, is if possibly your fuel pump or FPR is unable to keep up with the demands of higher fuel flow due to being chipped?
when you mention WOT around 3k rpm, this triggers a flag for me, as it is around this point that your boost is probably peaking at its highest level, so i am wondering what could be the problem. if you do find a solution, please advise, so that other ppl can benefit from this.

read post number 15... this may be describing what you have, no?
perhaps what you are feeling is just that, a common symptom of extra torque after being chipped?

Also I'm starting to think it could be a valve somewhere with a damaged spring. do you guys think it could be the DV?
