Looking at my Scheduled Maintenance Interval I am oil supposed to change the oil every 15,000kms...
I used Amsoil on my motorcycle (2002 Honda F4i). High revving engine driven hard most of the time 
Everytime I did an oil change the oil still came out clear and golden.
Where Amsoil is not as good is in very hot weather. Amsoil works the best in cooler climates. Down is Socal, Arizona, etc.
