NEW puppy, chewed up steering wheel and stick shift

Hi everyone: I have a 2006 A4 - 1.8 T convertible and my new puppy has chosen to bite up my steering wheel and part of the stick shift. I could go through my car insurance, but I wanted to look at all avenues first. Any suggestions on perhaps used parts in Canada or websites I could go to? Love puppy, but I could shoot him right now!
