My A4's run in with a transport
I was driving down the 401 the other night and a giant, fully loaded Canadian Tire 18-Wheeler decided it wanted to be in my lane. About 5 fishtails and a 180 later I was backwards facing traffic. Luckily everyone behind me was able to stop in time and I pulled off to the side.
The damage ended up being 1 destroyed (discontinued) rim, 1 quarter panel, 2 doors, 1 tire and we will see about the alignment.
Insurance of course was only going to cover me for 1 rim and the shop couldnt find a match so after a couple minutes of arguing we decided I would pay for 2 rims and I would pay for the other two. I opted for MTX Baden (as MTX was the only supplier the shop works with). I missed her so much that I also ordered LED HID lights, a short ram intake and some new winter mats. Here is some photos of the damage.
I am definitely looking into changing the exhaust system and chipping at some point down the road. I have also been looking into a little S-line style lip spoiler and aluminum/stainless pedals.
