Bi-xenon and LED's are completely two different types of light.

In the picture the LED's (Light Emitting Diodes) are the lights from the so called "eyebrow" which are the little dotted lights

The main light (top right hand corner of the picture) is a stock xenon light, and yes the colour can be changed to 5000k or higher to get the blue or purple effect, the manufacturer uses 4300k which is the colour most optimal for visibility and usable light

the bottom right hand of the photo is a halogen bulb which are your fog lights.

So all in all you have 3 different sets of light in the photo

they are xenon lights and are factory bulbs at 4300k. Yu can buy 6000k bulbs and replace the 4300k. You can also vagcom and get 100% brightness.

Did you not see my post? why repeat the same info?

On the 100% brightness comment, it will shorten the life of the bulb and your ballast. just an FYI as it heats up a lot more.
