although the idle in gear has always been a bit rough it has progressively getting worse on my 08 a4 2.0t. The car vibrated really bad inside when it was cold outside. I have the extended warranty so I complained to the dealer and here is what happened. They had the car for 4 days and couldn't find anything physically wrong. the audi rep was in the neighborhood and suggested replacing the 2 trans mounts. They ordered the parts and installed them last week. BIG difference now.. its back to normal, it still has a bit of roughness at idle but that is normal. Hats off the gang at Queensway audi for persevering, fixing the issue and not giving me a song and dance
