Default Speed sensor problem?

So i was driving home from work and realized that the cluster is loosing signal. I was driving 110 km/h and the needle goes all the way to 0 for 2 seconds and goes back up. It did this about 20 times in a 10 minute drive. Car started missfire when its idelling.
Scanned the car and yes its a bad sensor.
Here is mu question. Does the speed sensor have anything to do with the missfires or no? I checked everything It all look good. Coil packs are new and they are the updated ones tried swaping them and the plugs and missfires are still on cyl. 1 and 3 and 4. Vac. Lines are fresh and i did check them they seem to be fine. So have anyone have this kind of problem with the speed sensor? Is it related to the missfires some how? Please let me know if you have experienced it or any ideas.
Missfires only when idlle
Thanks alot for any help in advance

No one knows if the speed sensor could cause a missfire?
