shop open on saturday?

Re: shop open on saturday?
The over steer happened with because you probably let go of the accelerator on a turn, thats the the easiest way of doing that.
PSI is waaaay to high!!!!!! Check on the stickers in your car what its supposed to be, could be on the door or on the gas tank, it will tell you the pressure you should keep, for regular tires its about 30-35. low profiles are different.
That much would cause the car too loose grip easily. I am getting ready for a bday dinner right now so i cant really look for the info, but look at the "contact pad" for tires and psi levels on google. Its very simple to understand but a lot of people over looks this. Knowing the right psi level for the tires will greatly increase your grip and longevity of the tires. even 1-2 psi will make a lot of difference.
Ill try to check this thread as soon as i get a smoke break at dinner

Simple way is ( the straight sticks "|" is the end of the contact pad and the toted line is the one that has full contact with the road.
normal tire will look flat at the contact so look at it as |............|
The over inflated would be kind of like |___.........___|
<- the doted line is the only one that has full grip on the road the rest of the contact pad does not
And under inflated is __|_________|__ the contact with the road is pass the barriers and the tire is contacting the road in places where it should not, making the tire wear out faster and crappier performance.
Kind of doing this on the fly, read up on this but this is the easiest way to explain this

Ouch! thats pretty bad! I had to change my rad too a little while ago, mine blew...lucky mee i guess lol. We should have a DIY or like a sticky of the tires, its what keeps the car driving, turning and stopping, its essentially the life vein of the car. People way to often over look this.

what does the red exclamation mark mean when it flashes? I had it once before in the summer when i was driving like a loon and nearly lost control, and i got it again last night when i gave her a thrashing through a corner
