Default Replacing broken arm rest

Hey guys, brand new here. I just picked a 2004 A4 and I love it! The only little problem with it was a broken arm rest. Apparently, it's a common problem? It's actually just the plastic hinge on the lid that's snapped off. The dealer wants about $200 for a replacement but I'm hoping to find a cheaper alternative. I've never used a "junkyard" or anything, so I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas or anything. I live in the Toronto area. Thanks.

I would try Shokan used parts. I have a '01 A4 and I had the same problem when I bought it. Ended up trying to fix it myself. But, then I discovered the inner lining plastic rim supporting the leather cover was to shattered to properly repair. The 'gently used' replacement was the best solution.

My A4 came without an armrest - $1000+ from Audi.
Got a used on off ebay for about $100 shipped.
