Default oil light on 2003 a4 18t

I have an AUDI 2003 A4 1.8l t. Oil pressure light flashing than stayed on. oil quantity was full.

Symptoms:

Heavy smoke from exhaust
oil pressure light on
check engine light on
Rattling noise from engine compartment.
Loss of power.

Engine is not seized.car was parked immediately.
Can someone let me know what the problem maybe. I think the turbo needs replacement. unsure what caused the oil problem

It certainly sounds like a turbo going and as it is pressurized by oil it can cause a drop in pressure which sets the light off and it pushes oil into the exhaust/intake system which causes the smoke.

Do not drive or start this car, scan it for codes to see what is stored as the CEL is going off and if you do not know how to diagnose or repair this issue take it to a shop. I would recommend going to an Audi specialist or if you can't find anything like this in your area then suck it up and take it to the dealership. You can easily destroy the motor by driving or even starting this thing so have it checked or at least pull off the intake pipe and take a peek inside the turbo intake. You can usually see oil in there or excessive play in the impeller so it shouldn't be hard to tell what is up.

Great deal on turbos here. I know you only need one but you can sell the other.

You should get the engine checked first because oil starvation can do the same thing because if you have no oil with a turbo that is spinning fast it doesn't take long for it to die. Check the car, if you have not been using a reduce oil change sechedule from the factory or using cheap oil and or filters starvation could take out both the motor and turbo. It could be either or one leading to other so have it checked first so you know what you are up against.

The oil-pressure light being on indicates that the turbo is not the cause, but a symptom of the problem. Also, sludge is usually not an issue on the 06A 1.8T blocks, usually only on the older 058 blocks with smaller oil pans. That's not to say that sludge is not the issue, however.

Depending on what you're hearing, it could be bottom-end or top-end noise. Valvetrain noise will likely be a symptom of the low oil pressure (lifters ticking, insufficient oil pressure to the cam-chain adjuster); bottom-end noise could be rod knock, so the whole bottom end is toast.

Buy a mechanic's stethascope; pull your oil pan and check the oil pump pickup screen and tube; install a mechanical oil-pressure gauge; scan your car for codes. We can't diagnose your car for you, but I have to say that it doesn't sound good. Please post up your results!
