Newbie Questions!
Hi everyone!
I'm a Newbie to the site and I'm very excited to be a member as I've been reading lots of posts and have broadened my knowledge since joining but I do have a couple of questions:
I bought a 2005 Audi A4 1.8L Quattro in 2008 and now it has 123000+ km on it. I'm interested in getting new spark plugs and I'm wondering what kind I should get.
I'm also interested in getting the device to check the Audi computer on my laptop and I"m where I can purchase it.
I've also got an error light on the Audi indicating that the front left main beam is out but it's not; is this a common problem and if so how can i fix it?
Thanks for all your help1

Re: Newbie Questions!
For spark plugs use Bosh +4 if you are a normal driver but if you want super performance at high speed use Bosh Iridium. They are sluggish at low RPMs and come to life at 3500 RPM

Re: Newbie Questions!
For light bulb your computer is probably right. These light bulbs work for a month even when burned because the coil in them stretches and still gives you light. The computer detect the uneven electricity flow when the fillament is not conducting the current for a fraction of a second. Change the bulb or both.

Thanks for the replies!
As for the issue I have with the lights, when ever I turn the high beams on, the instrument display indicates the "Left Main Beam" is out but it's not since the high beams work properly as well as the low beams and fog lights. Also the issue's been going on for over a year now and it's pretty annoying because the awful noise comes on everytime I put the high beams on!
