I just purchased a 2005 Audi a4 1.8t quatro with manual 
tranny. The color is Moro Blue Pearl Effect. I am also new to this site.
The car came with the upgraded 17". I’m planning on using those rims for winter use and buying 18" for the summer... Because the color of my car I cant decide which color/ style of rims to go for

Two words: Hartmann and Achtuning.com
Personally I'd go 19", but I believe you want RS4 reps as they look amazing on your car as you can see here and again here. In fact, if there's any left, there's an insane deal on them with tires at achtuning.com. The 42ET will stick out only 1mm more than your stock wheels.
These Concept Nuvo wheels look pretty hot on your car as well. They are likely heavier than the RS4 rep, but you can see them here, here and again here.
Some might say I am biased towards the RS4 wheel...

Whether or not you end up with OEM reps, I'd strongly suggest a lower offset of say, 35 (wheels are situated further out) which looks far better due to the more aggressive looking stance.
