I realize that I'm not answering your question directly, but have you considered the Stasis exhaust kit? It sounds amazing and looks fantastic. Audi has officially partnered with Stasis so none of their components void factory warranties and they are installed at the dealer. My local dealer is blowing out last year's Stasis stuff right now at 25% off.

Have to agree, I have the Stasis on my S4 and it does sound amazing. I didn't consider suggesting it as the OP asked for Magnaflow.
