Default License Plate Light: Replaced, but still dysfunctional

Greetings everyone:

The license plate light was out, but the other seemed to be ok. Then the second light went out, and now the computer displays the warning that's it out. I purchased replacements, but they're still dysfunctional and the warning light is still on the dash.

Any experience with this? When I replaced the old light assembly, the damage was evident (most likely the power washers), so I thought replacing the assembly and bulbs would do it, but unfortunately, to no avail.

Any help is appreciated.

George

What kind of bulbs did you use? If they're LED, that could be your problem.
