Leaking water... AC?

Leaking water... AC?
I noticed when parked with engine on and the AC on full that there was a constant drip on water from the centre of the car. I have being told by a mechanic that this is normal and that its just the AC unit dumping moisture from the air... Is this true??? I have just replaced the tcm which is in the gear box on my model and had just under 5 liters of oil in also...

Re: Leaking water... AC?
Mustiness is caused by moisture/mould in the heating / A/C system. I'd try turning on the A/C and setting the heat to high and fan to full. This will pass hot air over everything and hopefully kill the mould that is likely on the A/C coils and hoses.
In future I'd suggest that you turn off the A/C a few minutes before you reach your destination, in order to give the inside of the venting system a chance to dry out a bit before leaving the car overnight or for an extended period.
If that doesn't work, you could try spraying something like lysol into the cabin air intake in the front of the car; that's a bit more work because you have to remove the cabin filter to gain access.
