Hey. Revised Oil Leak problem for 02 a4 3.0 ! Thanks
Thanks a lot for help. I found out from the audi dealership which is fixing my car that the CAM seals are leaking oil along with replacing both cat converters. I have about a week and a half before the dealership I bought the car from won't fix anything else. I want them to do alignment tests. Would a very Small crack in windshield turn into a bigger one due to stress? I would also like them to replace 02 sensors and timing belt. So you guys think I should ask about it? or am I lucky that they fixed oil leak and cat converters? Thanks a lot you guys. The oil change sticker from last change doesnt have a check for syntec. This worries me due to the first person that leased the car in 02 probably put synthetic in it. and i know about not being able to go from synthetic to regular oil. One more thing. my driver side door has a slight short in speaker. It has to be turned on volume 10 or above for it to work well. any ideas?

if your in doubt about synthetic.. i would go to it, since its better for your car, and you cant break things by going syn..
for the crack.. well heat/cold changes put stress on it and torsion , heat/cold expands /retracts materials,
as for the dealership.. my buddy has a subaru w/turbo and brought 3 times for engine and 1 time for a complete transmission..
they dont care on parts, its the manuf that pays.. but for the time i guess they bill also.. not sure should ask my bud who owns a dealership
but my 0.02 is ask ask ask.. they can not be annoyed and say no to the first agreed things.

It's a good thing, especially when you're not sure about the oil history of the car, to do an AutoRX treatment, which should clean out the sludge buildup from long OCI using dino oils.
It doesn't hurt to ask for all the things you want done, just don't have in your mind that if your dealership doesn't give you all of them, they're necessarily a bad business
There's nothing wrong with going between synth and dino oils, by the way.
It's relatively common for the protective sheath for the speaker wiring to be damaged and thus shorts out. This you should have the dealership look at for sure!
