Has anyone out there installed a G Force chip into their car? I am thinking of doing it on my 2003 A4 1.8 Q but I'm unsure about the claims of the chip or if it is reputable. Thoughts?

As for the Gforce, I would not trust what they are claiming. But its your money. Also to just help you see why im very skeptical of such a product. APR or Unitronics chips, etc, that are well established performance software upgrades, cost 500$, just for stage 1, $69 doesnt seem right. Also this chip they have is for multiple models and cars, so they are not specialized to a specific car (ex volkswagen-audi-porche. ..etc..), so how can you trust it? a chip for a toyota camry ( just an example, no hate for the Camry ! )will not work/or help a turbo'd audi let alone any turbo car.( Plus every engine has differences that are taken into account when making a custom program to optimize its performance, and all the info on this site is identical for every car...hint hint. :P)

Again just my 2cents. haha, i am by no means an expert on this, im sure other members will chime in, who knows it might be a legit product, but i myself, highly doubt it. Id recommend one of the more established companys if you want to chip your car.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have had my 1.8l Jetta professionally done for about $500 and it was awesome. I just thought I'd check if there was anything comparable for super cheap.
