Body repair under warranty
Has any one gotten anything such as rust, repaired under the warranty?
I brought my car in for inspection July 11, to the VW Bramgate Collision center, and I have not heard a single thing from them yet. I even emailed them a couple times recently, and they have not responded!
I am getting frustrated!! lol
Has anyone else had any sort of problems getting something like this fixed before?

Did you actually have rust perforation that started from the inside ie you now have a hole. The way the Audi corrosion warranty is worded, that's pretty much what you need for a successful claim.
Put up a picture of what you problem area looks like.

Yeah, it definitely started from the inside, the panel is now starting to pop out.
When I went for inspection, there was another B6 A4 sitting there as well with the same rust in the same place waiting to be fixed.

Not true because there are countless threads online of people getting fixed for peeling paint caused by rust. The way these cars are painted they should not rust ever.

Agreed - Pics look like door blade rusting rather than perforation. Had that similar problem with my B5 (though that was a used Eastern Canada car), but the B6 & B7 (both Vancouver) look fine at the moment.

I would have to buy a new panel all together, this is happening on both the passengers and driver side door.

but again you can take your car to a shop, they can get rid of the rust in there and re spray that inside part for probably not a lot of money at all.
They wont have to blend much either since there is the flat blades will go back on.

yes now that i thought about it, it wouldnt make sense for the flat blades to rust since they are plastic. Its the behind that right, the part of the door?

I don't really want to pay for something that's covered, I already have to drop $400 to fix/paint my bumper, and that's discounted cause I know people who own a body shop.
I'm just annoyed that I keep emailing the guy and he only responded the first time, but nothing since regarding my actual question of what the heck is going on with my claim?!
So, I've emailed Audi Canada now, see if they can help me to speed the process because from VW it has to go to Audi for approval!
