Re: APR CHIP PERFORMANCE to GAS EFFICIENT
How much is the install on a tt 710N DV? And is it complicated enough that its worth taking to a dealer? Can a tuner shop do it? Do it yourself? Any how to / DIY's??

Re: APR CHIP PERFORMANCE to GAS EFFICIENT
The DV itself can run between 40 up to 70$ depending if you a used one then it'll be on the lower range in price, mine was 65$ new and they didnt charge me for install since i got it done with the APR stage 1 at H2sports , but they did charge me for replacement hose clamps (2$ each :P ).. still nice guys thou haha , this is a DIY project , i just let them do it since i was at the shop.
As for instructions , its pretty straight forward, theres lots of forums and threads that talk about it if you search.

Or purchase it new from EXC tuning or the like but double check shipping charges and ALWAYS request USPS from the US to avoid any brokerage fees imposed by UPS, FedEx...etc costing you more than the item itself.
Yeah stock brakes on 1.8 are not amazing but if you remain stock and do not wish to upgrade to the 3.0 A4 brakes best alternative is some quality ceramic pads while reducing dust braking and have better peroformance for a daily driver.
