Any good mechanics in Toronto/Scarborough for Audi's? Plz Help!!!
My 04 A4 1.8t just keeps getting louder when I drive past 100km/h and I cant tell what it is.... My friend says its the tires but can the tires make that loud of a noise? It wasnt this loud before and the tires are only 3 months old with approx 5000 km on them.
Let me know if there's a good place I can get this checked out as its starting to annoy me alot when I drive, need to find a good trustworthy mechanic that specializes in Audis especially in scarborough/toronto.

I have not used them myself but Independent Tuning in Scarborough gets a lot of good reviews on this forum.
As an aside, is there a mechanic in Vaughan that anyone would recommend ?

I just passed by at Independent tuning spoke to Mark.... Did a quick test drive and found out its the right fron wheel bearing thats making the noise, so with parts and labor its approx $328.....I'll give em a shot and see how it goes on friday morning.

do these guys trouble shoot stuff as well. i have been to audi 3x now for rubbing type sound from front driver side wheel area. first time they added air to tire (lol), next they said was wheel bearing and had to order, now that is replaced and its still there. now audi wants to put my stock springs back on to see if that fixes it. its a rotary rubbing sound. not a spring sound.
so i'm off to H2Sport who installed and see if they can figure it out. if they can't is this something that Independent Tuning is able to trouble shoot it?
