Default A4 Quattro 3.0 Timing belt when to change??
I have an 02 A4 quattro 3.0 the last time the timing belt tensioner and idler pulleys/ water pump were all done at 111,000 miles. I am currently at 201,000 miles. when should I consider doing this maintenance again???

Audi USA recommendation from this link is 75K miles so it's something I would do within the next couple of months. You`re well past that recommendation at this time.

FYI I have an 03 3.0 with 130km... I have yet to change it yet... I'm over due & will do sometime this summer.....

Word of advise. Make sure you buy a genuine Water Pump. I had this 3.0 engine and the water pump pulley broke after 10k miles.
