Further research yealds lots of work just to put the exhust/headers on.
My background is not in euro cars but American built cars.
We/Americans need to expand the exhaust to compliment the extra forced induction to make
the extra horsepower.
Most Euro cars have been built different to not need this type of exhust to get almost the same gains.
Looking and research ended up showing that the stock exhaust manifold/header was not
needed. Since Euro engines do not have the same type of exhust system that US cars
have the need to replace the exhaust manifold/header is not needed.
Just changing the downpipes and using slightly larger flow cats and exhaust pipes is sufficent.
Yes, my engine and the new 3.0 factory supercharged are completely different inside and out.

As mentioned 2002 was the last year of B5 S4 2.7T production and afterwards came the B6 S4 4.2L. There was no 3.0L OEM supercharged engine in between these two models.
AVK Engine Code is a 3.0L Fuel Injected 220HP non inducted OEM engine found in B6 A4's and post face lift 2002-2004 C5 A6's.

Was told by several Supercharger companies that there was NO S4 in 2003
or a 3.0 for that matter.
