I recently did a spark plug change on the S4 using NGK Irridium plugs. According to the manufacturers recommendations the plugs get changed at the 85,000k mark. My car had 70k when I decided to do the change myself. I now plan on doing a change every other spring time as a regular maintenance.
Another member and I are doing a plug change tonight on his B6 S4 and we plan on puting together a detailed DIY for posting complete with pics and detailed description. We are using NGKs as replacement.

I thought that BOSCH was the original manufacturer. I got mine done when i got my valve cover gasket and camseals replaced. I had it changed to NGK (im sure i did?)
Hope to see the write up of the DIY. Lets get that DIY section filled up!
