Opinions please
Hi, I am in Vancouver and have found a 2006 A4 Avant S-Line 6 speed (2.0T) in the US that I am very interested in for a very reasonable price ($24k US). Looks to be in very good shape.
What I am worried about is the mileage as it already has 47k miles (about 75k kms). Would probably need tires (probably through second set), and maybe brakes and clutch.
I would assume that it would mainly be highway miles as that is the only way someone could rack up that much mileage that quickly.
The warranty is probably to 80k miles so that is probably almost up.
Would you guys buy this or stay away?

I don’t know about every body else but if I am spending 24 k On an Audi I would buy I Certified car from an Audi dealer and get the extended warranty , it has to be low mileage.
You might be right about the HW mile but how about if the car wasn’t really taken care of, 24 k is a lot of money to risk at least for me.
My idea is, Audi A4 is very easy to modify I got the 2006 A4 20,000 miles on it from NJ Audi Dealer, certified for almost the same money you are talking about, for sure doesn’t have all the options the S line has but I can chip it and add some trim to it and make it exactly or at least close to the S line it depends on how much money you wonna spend , you can do a lot with this car I am new here and I already found a lot of modifications can be done to the car .
I know some other guys might have different opinion but that is my 2 cents.
Good luck
