Loud noise like bang/snapping/cracking
Hi guys,
I recently had my struts and springs replaced because the rear springs had snapped on my 1999 Audi A4. Yesterday, I was driving around 70 km/h down 170 St in Edmonton and I heard a loud snapping or cracking noise, it was only one time and my car seems to be operating as normal. I don't want to sound like a jackass but is that normal? Could it have just been a stone getting tossed against my car by a tire? Would you bother bringing it in to get it looked at?
I'm starting to get sick of bringing it in because the last time I did, it cost me $2800 and for a 10 year old car, that makes me want to weep. lol.
