I recently removed my washer tank due to a leak in the hose on my 2004, not sure if it will be in the same location.
the main tank is located in front of the driver side tire, if the same it's not that tough to remove.
remove the front tire, you then have to remove the plastic wheel well liner, once you do that you should see the tank. I think there was about 4 bolts holding it in place.

If the issue is just a leaking sensor seal, you should be able to fix it from underneath without actually removing the tank. Remove the sound dampener panel under engine and look up in front of driver side front wheel.

Good point, you might be able to. although i don't believe you'll be be able to remove the actual tank from the bottom. removing the tire and liner did not take long and i rather sitting on the garage floor than lying down!

if you remove the front wheel and go from that way you will find that it is pretty straight forward.

Do you know where the leak is?

Could be something as simple as a leaking headlight washer, line coupler to the washers, etc.

Its leaking from the senser i believe, or the pump some long plastic thing running into the tank with a sensor or a power source at the top
