Default Exhaust Options...

I was wondering what exhausts are available for a 2.8 quattro B5 a4. I know of the Miltek catback, vibrant axle back, and the remus axleback. I am looking to do something with my car, and I heard a clip of an a6 with a 2.8, the guy just cut the muffler off and ran stuck size piping back to the tip, and it sounded incredible. It just might be to loud. I am leaning towards getting a Magnaflow universal muffler with dual tips (3", 4"?) and cutting out the section with the resonators and running a high flow cat, with 2.5" piping from the cat to the muff. I want an agressive tone, so that takes out the Miltek because I heard it was kind of mellow.
Anyways how much do you think a shop can do that custom set up I mentioned above for?
Thanks,
Dan

Hi,
Just some info - Have the Magna flow system installed (Straight pipe) (cost 2000cdn) no cat... It is aggressive if you are looking for a system that sounds great... My 2002 1.8T Avant is putting out 250hp at the wheel... Stage 2.. Got it back yesterday... and dam it is fast.... Down fall - the vibration and the noise/sound during acceleration.. Not to good in residential areas

The link mentioned above pretty much covers the options. I didn't see anyone wade with their feelings about whether they liked the Milltek option. It seems that most comments suggest that they find it too quiet but I find mine to be perfect. Loud under accelleration and sporty at idle.
