I found the euro style one for sale online a few months ago but now I can't seem to find it anywhere.

I'd give Martyn at VAG-Parts in the UK a try. I just bought a European head light switch and some German-only S Line parts from him. The parts weren't listed on the site so I emailed him. After a couple of days he got back to me better pricing than anyone importing into the US and I had them much faster.
