Anyone know how to change an ABS Sensor?
Hey guys, wanted to know if anyone has changed an ABS sensor themselves? Is this a big job, or can it be done?
I have a 2000 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro, not sure if it's seized, but got a used replacement anyways since it was super cheap. Thanks!

Depends on if it is the front or rear ABS Sensor. The Front is a Friction fit and a PITA (Ask me how I know) the rear is the bolt down and is usually a little easier.
For the front, if it is seized the easiest way to do it is pull off the knuckle and either drill it out carefully or take the Wheel bearing out and use a hammer and punch and punch it out from the inside. once the actual ABS Sensor is out, the rest is easy. The Front connects right behind the Caliper, and again just inside the wheelwell, and the rear connects under the rear seat on the drivers side.
