1999 A4 Automatic NO Drive Help!!
Got up this morning and my 99 A4 Automatic has no DRIVE ,car has been running perfect with no problems drove home no issues now when put into gear NOTHING No forward NO Reverse and NO Noises? is there anything electronic like a control module? or is it likely to be the transmission thats shot??
No problems with shifting into gear just wont engage or drive,no clicks or noises from Driveshafts before this happened.
No codes.
Any help or advice greatly appreciated
UPDATE !!! Just had it to local my mechanic he says the transmission is shot and needs to be replaced,anyone any ideas? on a rebuilt or used one? he does not want to do the job,so i'm assuming it's a big $$ item parts and labour
/ i love this car has 250,000 klm's on it
