Hey everyone,

Yesterday I was stopped at a stop sign, with my foot pushing the clutch pedal and I had it on first gear. All of a sudden I thought I was rear ended. I turned around and no one was there... I put the car in natural and turned it off. I noticed that my clutch Pedal was stuck on the floor. It would not spring back to the original position.. I could move it with my hand, but where ever I moved it it would stay there. I can't get the car I'm any gear unless the car is off. But then I can't start it... Any ideas of what this might be

Sounds more like a slave cylinder issue; is there any pressure on the pedal when you move it by hand? - will need to get someone to check the whole clutch system though.

I can move the clutch pedal with my hand with very little pressure. It will stay right where I leave it.
