LF: Aftermarket 2009 A3 HEADLIGHT look for the 06-08 A3
Wondering if anyone can get their hands on some of these fine 2009 AUDI A3 look headlights to fit my 06 A3. hate the new bumpers, love the new headlights!

Currently, you can only get the LED taillamps- perfect fit to the current A3, but requires special harness, and VAG coding.
No aftermarket sells them (except for taillamps) since there's no mods avail for them yet.

So the rear tails aren't any different, the lights are. I know where to get the tails with the harness, how difficult is it with Vagcom?
I suppose I will have to buy some FK headlights with some Xenon bulbs for the time being...The stock ones are H11 bulbs, same with Xenons or is it H7's?

VWvortex Forums: LED TAILS INSTALLED
As for the FK projection headlights- they are H7 set-up, so you would need to get H7 HID drop-in kit. The standard halogen are H11.

can this mod be put on by the dealership? (the tail light install) cause i think i would be a bit to afraid to do it myself.

You will need new bumper, new hood, possibly new fenders, and perhaps a new mounting points for the new 09+ headlights to fit in current A3s.
