Default iPod Aux jack

Anyone know where I can have an aux jack fitted to my A3 for my iPod?

GTA location preferable. I'm in the Westend. Cost?

Thanks

Hmm Im not sure if thats possible.. The newer A3's offer the headphone jack.., but im going with the assumption that its the stereo deck thats compatible with that connection..Only thing is that Audi ran it under the arm rest.. I was told, that the concert audio deck is Pioneer.. Which all in all is a pretty good brand.. Best thing is to find out from an audio shop and see what they say.. If that doesnt work, I recommend this Deck.. Pioneer MP3/WMA CD Car Deck with Aux Input and Bluetooth (DEH-P6200BT) : Single DIN - Best Buy Canada .. Heres the audio shop i went to.. http://www.ultraautosound.com/

I have a fast and quick option for you and you do get superior sound for it being what it is..

IPOD FM Transmitter.. I just sold mine for 10 bucks as it was not needed anymore.. You can get them at walmart for like 20 bucks.

All you do is plug it into your cig lighter.. and your ipod plugs into it.. change your radio station to 88.3 and voila, you have your ipod going through your radio... BONUS TOO cause it charges your ipod as you use it..

I think there is a way to hook it up thought your ant. like an after market cd changer.and then play it thought an fm channel . over the air sucks. this way you well have to pull your radio and plug the antenna into the unit but the sound is much better.

Would this deck allow me to use the BT in my '06 A3? As of right now, my BT controls on my steering column don't work or do anything.

All your questions should be answered in this forum.

AUX Input? - Page 13 - Audi Forum

I have followed the instructions and have the aux working on my 06.
