Default Brakes and Rotors

My Brake bad sensor just came on in my car. Can anyone tell me how long
I would have until I need to change them? What would people recommend for rotors and brake pad after market ? I am looking for ceramic pads . And looking for good value as well. Thanks.

Tirerack.com for some great deals. Probably could get another 1-2k clicks, however the sensor is there for a reason and they should be replaced ASAP

I like Applied Rotor Technologies product. They are cryogenically treated and seem to last forever. I have not needed to replace my Audi rotors but have used 2 sets from ART on other cars.
