Re: Is the Audi Maintenance Package Worth it?
i'm at around 49,000km, and just thinking ahead to my 55,000km service, is this something i can get done at other shops cheaper? i noticed the scheduled prices have this upcoming one at $260.. are there other costs in addition that i should be expecting?
i also noticed my service booklet with no "official" stamps on the scheduled services.. bought it at 38,000km from a used dealer, should i be heading in like asap to get my scheduled servicing?
thanks in advance

Re: Is the Audi Maintenance Package Worth it?
I had looked into getting a warranty for my Audi a3 but didn't get it cause the prices were pretty high but i would suggest you go to the person in the Audi dealer who offers the warranty and he or she can give you a detailed pamphlet that has everything it covers and if you think you may need it then you should get it. It does cover a lot but it depends if you need it. my car was an American car brought into Canada so i cant get the warranty from Audi, they offered me a warranty that they give through another company which is the same as the Audi one and it was priced to me around $2 000. So what i did was found a good garage in Toronto area. also check the forums some people gave some good ratings on some good garages to take your Audi to. hope that helps you a bit pdizzo.

The Audi Care package is worth getting and covers all the scheduled maintenance that is in your booklet.
It is discounted compared to the cost of doing each service at the dealership and paying separately and more than that, one can build it in the monthly payment and instead of paying 150-250 out of your pocket when time comes, you just pay 20 more dollars each month on your car payment.
For CPO vehicles is a must as for the A4 covers the 115k service when the timing belt gets changed and only that service pays for the whole thing.
