audi a3 dsg automatic fan system
it's water cricle loop in engine of audi a3 that increase water coolant to cool down the transmision clutch oil temperature.
i got happen some protect in TCU transmision control module when i went to the mountain.the transmission is not shift gear to 4 speed that just shift gear bewteen 1-3 speed.
is it anyone to happen?
so i design new fan system module of bracket to insert fan on coolant. it's can be cool down more temperature to prevent this protect.
it's can set temperature value 70-100 of controller.

In A3, Pic.20 is that the location of the water cooled DSG transmission fluid cooler is?
That looks like the Air-to-Air cooler for the turbo.

That's a great idea to further lower the DSG fluid temp.
Can you translate Pic.2 into English please.
The reason why the DSG was not shifting into 4th gear because you were climbing the mountain. The DSG should shift to the next higher gear once you're on a flat road.

but i want to say the protect that like ECU oil supply interrupt then not into 4th gear.
when the speed to low down the 1th gear that ECU is can oil supply it.
i think it protect TCU temperature is too higher if i guess this right.
The cooler is for VW R32 GTI to use.
