Default A3 interior carpet

Just bought the wifey an 06' Audi A3, but the carpet has some dog smell to it after cleaning it... It is not in the best of shape, but I did get $$$$ off the asking price, so I am willing to simply swap out the old carpet for the new!

Does anyone have any recommendations? Detailing it will only mask the scent I feel and i'll probably be back in a month to waste another $150 - $250. Does anyone think differently? The dealer charges $828 + tax for this whole piece ( front to back ). The install is way over priced as well @ their crazy $108/hr BS.

Does anyone know where I can get this cheaper? I am willing to pay someone who knows how to do this job as well. Please get in contact with me here or via email.

Dont most detailing places wash the carpet with one of those steam cleaner things? I would remove the seats and then get them to wash it. Or surf the web for sites like genuine audi parts.com etc. I would rather pay 2 -3 times to wash it and shampoo then buy a brand new carpet you are looking at over $1000 thats my 2 cents I would get some Oxy Clean spray it all over then take it to the cleaners to shampoo the carpets

Hello guys I am searching for natural carpet cleaning products. My Audi carpets are very expensive and I don't want cleaning products or methods to damage carpet fabrics. Professional carpet cleaning is good option but i still want to clean them own my own. Can you suggest effective carpet cleaning products and methods. Sorry to use this very old thread.
