2008 A# stereo upgrade issues
Hi Guys,
So here's hoping someone out there can help me. I purchased my A3 in April and got the dealer to install the Kenwood DNX 5120. The only hick up since day one is that they can't seem to get the stereo controls on the steering wheel to interface. I have read that there were some changes on the 2008.5 models. Apparently the 2008.5 models have an Aux jack under the arm rest (which I have), and the engine cover says TFSI as opposed to FSI. Well mine says FSI, so I have a combination of both.
This stereo was installed by a professional shop and they still can't get it right. I just need my controls, does anyone know if there is a work around.
